Frontline workers should contact The Bridge Project below for referrals to the Wellbeing Network. The Network has three physical hubs: one in Bradford East (Idle), West (Manningham), and South (Tong), and is able to provide help and support with welfare benefits, loneliness/isolation, and mental wellbeing.
